Refund policy

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at via email at: urwonderfullymade@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, you will be notified within 7 business day and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, please allow at least 3-5 business days to inspect the return.  Based upon the results of the inspection and the return is approved, you will receive an even exchange.  If the merchandise is not eligible or a return, the merchandise will be returned back to the customer.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Merchandise Out of Stock

Anytime there is an item ordered that becomes out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately.   

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), accessories, personal care goods (such as beauty products, underwear, swimwear, clearances, makeup, lotions, oils, perfumes, lingerie ), sale items, gift cards and shipping costs.

Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges within 48 hours of receipt of product. You can return your product for an even exchange.  At this present time, we do not offer refunds.
