Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.  The average shipping time is 14-35 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and your order has been processed. In some cases it can take up to 45 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and your order has been processed.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that we are not responsible for potential delays due to a high volume of orders, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, COVID-19 or postal/shipping carrier service problems that are outside of our control.

 

Local delivery.  

At this present time, we do not offer local delivery.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at your nearby location.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 14 to 21 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Once the customer has been notified via email that their order is in, we will hold the order for a maximum of 10 days.  If the order has not been picked up within 10 days, we will ship the item to the address provided on file.  

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:30am to 8:00pm on Mondays-Saturday, 2:00pm-7:00pm on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email and legal identification with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 3-5 days for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at urwonderfullymade@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
